These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LazyLeads widget service ("Service"), provided by DBlack Marketing (trading as "LazyLeads").

By requesting a demo or subscribing to the Service, you agree to these Terms..

1. The Service

LazyLeads provides a custom contact widget for your website that allows visitors to:


  • Click-to-call your business


  • Send WhatsApp messages


  • Request a callback


  • View your Google Reviews and other contact options


We design, build, and install the widget on your website. All lead notifications (SMS and email alerts) are sent from DBlack Marketing (DBM).

2. Free Demo

We offer a free custom demo of the widget designed for your website.


  • No payment details are required to request a demo.


  • The demo is for preview purposes only and does not go live on your site until you approve it and subscribe.


  • We retain ownership of the demo design until payment is made.



3. Pricing & Billing


  • Monthly Subscription: £29 per month (billed monthly in advance).


  • No Setup Fee: There are no upfront costs to install the widget.


  • Payment: Payment is taken via card or direct debit on the same day each month.


  • Included in the price:


  • Custom widget design and installation

  • Unlimited leads and clicks

  • Instant SMS and email lead alerts (sent from DBlack Marketing)

  • Technical support and updates



4. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties or exit fees.


  • To cancel, email us at hello@dblackmarketing.com at least 3 days before your next billing date.


  • Once cancelled, the widget will remain live until the end of your current billing period, after which it will be removed from your website.


  • No refunds are provided for partial months.


5. Ownership & Usage


  • Widget Code: LazyLeads (DBlack Marketing) retains ownership of the widget code and design.


  • Your Leads: You own all leads, contact details, and customer data generated through the widget.


  • Your Website: You are responsible for maintaining your website hosting and domain. We are not liable for downtime caused by your hosting provider.


6. Lead Notifications

All SMS and email alerts are sent from DBlack Marketing (DBM).


  • SMS alerts are sent to the phone number you provide during setup.


  • Email alerts are sent to the email address you provide.


  • You are responsible for ensuring these contact details are accurate and up to date.


7. Technical Support

We provide technical support for the widget via email. Support includes:


  • Installation assistance


  • Bug fixes and updates


  • Changes to widget settings (e.g., phone number, WhatsApp link, button text)


We do not provide support for:


  • Your website hosting or domain issues


  • Third-party platforms (e.g., WordPress plugins, website builders)


  • Custom coding requests outside the scope of the widget

8. Limitations of Liability

LazyLeads (DBlack Marketing) is not responsible for:


  • Lost leads due to incorrect contact details provided by you


  • Downtime caused by your website host or internet provider


  • Leads generated outside of UK business hours (unless you have arranged 24/7 availability)


9. Data Protection & Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. All customer data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR regulations.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email. Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
